At Parnikon, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Return Period

You have 7-10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 7-10 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached

  • A receipt or proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Intimate wear, health or hygiene products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Items returned more than 7-10 days after delivery

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition or damaged not due to our error

  • Missing parts or accessories

  • Returns requested after the 10-day period

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund

  2. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment

  3. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect depending on your bank or card provider

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit once the return is processed. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver received it first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

To return your product, please mail it to:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
