1. Processing Time
All our products are made-to-order with attention to detail. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing. This includes time for printing, quality checks, and packaging before dispatch.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping on all orders. Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within India, depending on your location and courier availability.
3. Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available across India on all prepaid orders.
A nominal fee applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, based on the delivery location.
4. International Shipping
Yes, we offer international shipping!
Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by country.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment either via our website or the courier’s tracking portal.
Undelivered Orders
If your order status is marked as Undelivered and you haven’t received a call or delivery attempt, please contact us within 24 hours at pratapdesigns.cp@gmail.com with your Order ID and AWB number to escalate a reattempt request.
Reattempts are subject to courier service policies.
Some carriers may attempt delivery up to 3 times, while others may not.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid Return-To-Origin (RTO) issues.
Your address must include:
House/Door Number
Street Name
Area/Locality
City & State
Pincode
Nearby Landmark (if possible)
ODA (Out of Delivery Area) Orders
If your location falls under ODA after the order is shipped, you will receive an SMS with instructions for self-collection from the nearest courier hub.
The package will be held for 24 hours for collection.
If not collected within the timeframe, the order may be returned to us (RTO).
Common Reasons for Undelivered or RTO Orders
Incorrect or incomplete address
COD payment not ready
Customer unreachable or refused delivery
Pincode not serviceable
Door locked / Office closed
Self-pickup or future delivery requested

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
In rare cases where a package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
